Facial Trauma

As Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, we are the only surgical specialty to treat all traumatic conditions of the face, from fractures and soft tissue injuries of scalp and forehead down to the chin and all things in between.

With the exception of localized dental trauma, (case of teeth or fracture of the bone that supports the teeth), most trauma is seen while on call at our local hospital. We do not have the manpower to cover trauma when we are not "on call", in that we schedule our days bases on the head and neck call schedules at our hospital.
